SERVICES
Individuals Couples Families Groups In-Person or Online (Telehealth)
Imagine extending beyond your limitations or struggles, to become whom you are truly meant to be guided by who you truly are.
Sometimes in our lives, as we try to be as authentic and connected to ourselves, others, and our passions, we may find ourselves stuck in patterns of fears, confusion, or indecision. This stuckness and suffering hinder us from experiencing the empowered, expansive, creative, organic self within; the organic self that wants to express the unique gift that you are, and the gifts you bring to the world. The purpose of my work and my passion is to facilitate in a safe non-judgmental way, healing and reconnection to your more expansive genuine self, so that you may manifest your life's purpose.
I work holistically (mind-body) with individuals, couples, families, and groups at my office, phone or online thru audio/video conference. If requested by client and appropriate, I also work respectfully and supportive within your spiritual, religious or atheist believes.

ABOUT ME
Somatic Psychology
Body-Mind (Somatic) Psychotherapist
Overcoming my own difficult life challenges and healing my traumas and wounds inspires my passion and dedication to supporting others in their difficult times. Having gone through these experiences and grateful for supporting others, I feel a deep sense of hope, compassion, and confidence that others can successfully overcome their own challenges as well.
Another significant preparation for my work has been learning and experiencing different healing approaches and traditions, as well as seeking the best teachers throughout the world. Starting in my late teens with meditation and eastern traditions, and continued for decades with psychology, spirituality, various philosophies, indigenous traditions, and currently with neuroscience, trauma resolution, and the integration of mind-body-spirit-nature. Also, having had a successful career as an independent consultant, I helped Fortune 100 corporations, non-profit organizations and startup companies develop new technologies, products, and strategic planning.
My unique approach to psychotherapy is holistic and deeply rooted in the mind-body-spirit-nature connection. I facilitate to resolve issues using body-mind-centered (Somatic) experiential psychotherapies. Somatic psychotherapies pay attention to how our bodies hold on to past wounds or traumas that are reflected in our body language, posture, and also expressions….as supported by the latest neuroscience research, which shows how the mind influences the body and how the body influences the mind.
I am fluent in English and Spanish and have lived and traveled in many countries. These experiences, my extensive training, and clinical experience help me develop effective specific, and culturally sensitive approaches to each client’s needs.
